Traditionally, the Classics catering business has not used standard menus. Instead we focus on customizing menus for clients – for events at private homes, commercial venues, and public facilities. Events encompass a variety of family functions, wedding receptions, bar mitzvahs, business meals and cocktail receptions, bridal expos, trade shows, open houses, holiday extravaganzas, and political party fund-raisers. Each custom menu has been prepared in keeping with the client’s budget -- from basic affordable to exceptional elegance. However, other pages of the Classics website shows sample menus and lists of time-honored specialties to illustrate the breadth of our culinary experience.
